So cool. Funny enough, I watched a documentary on Netflix the other night about He-Man, how/why it got made and stuff. Really interesting. Apparently Battlecat came about because Mattel were desperate to expand the range on a shoestring budget, so the developers grabbed a tiger from an existing GI Joe set, gave it a weird paintjob and because it was way out of scale, they stuck He-Man on top to ride it!
'Sir John ejaculated explosively, sitting up in his chair.' ... 'The Black Gang'.

Indeed, though the range it came from was Big Jim. I got one of the tigers from that sitting with my Battlecat.  :)

Big Jim, that's right, not GI Joe. I knew it was one of the larger action figures but forgot which one!

Not bad! But I was hoping for a better sculpt quality.

Sorry to derail! Nice painting!

Are those the Quest Miniatures ones?

If so, are there only 12 sculpts in total?

I saw this last night. Brilliant film! Gave me a new found respect for He Man tbh
