Nice work, guys, like all the entries and like this painting party, a lovely idea!

No. 6 - Orc Warrior
Harlequin, sculpted by Kev Adams, 1994-1995 (?), 28mm

Here we go with a classic Ork warrior. Finished him last night. One of the old good Harlequin Orks, sculpted by Kev Adams, produced back in 1990s, around 1994-1995 (?), I believe. You know, that's the good thing on Kev's Greenskins, in the last thirty years he made probably thousands of them for like hundred companies but you can put them together and they all fit. This one is supposed to fill up the ranks of my Orcs warband in dungeon crawler games.

Yes, I love that about Kev's stuff. The people that commissioned him must have loved the look as well hence it being widely used. I must get me some more.

The painting on that is spectacular by the way.

For some reason I thought you had a 'thing' against the green-skinned ones but I must have been mistaken  :)

No. 8 - GW Wood Elf, 1991

I'm pretty sure this is pre-2000, correct me if I'm wrong? I think it's a GW Wood Elf but I'm not sure. I'm sure someone here will know? Some of you will recognise the inn in the background as the superb work of Silent Invader.

Here's on of the earliest figures I painted. In fact I found three figures from the mid eighties(I think) all lord of the rings. I thought given the topic it seemed fitting to use one of them .

That's a nice old figure, though unfortunately it won't count towards the Painting Party as it was not a newly painted figure. I'm guessing you realised that though as you've not numbered it?

I do believe that's a 1991 release so definitely acceptable. I've got the same figure and I think I've had it since then.

Great entries from the Professor and GS too. GS, that will compliment the stuff on your Chaos Warriors thread nicely.
