OOP, I'm afraid, unfortunately Ral Partha didn't release the whole Heartbreaker range

I think it was originally released as "2024 Orc Champion #2" (like seen here). One can possibly find a second hand item by searching for Heartbreaker 2024, orc champion or something like that...

#27 Ral Partha Jabberwock 01-095
« Reply #123 on: September 16, 2018, 04:20:14 PM »

Sculpted by Tom Meier, 1983. Range: Things that go Bump in the Night. I think.
Made in lead!

The Jabberwock, inspired by one of my all time favorite poems is by Lewis Carroll, author of Alice in Wonderland:

Jabberwocky
From "Through the Looking Glass"  (1871)

’Twas brillig, and the slithy toves
Did gyre and gimble in the wabe:
All mimsy were the borogoves,
And the mome raths outgrabe.

“Beware the Jabberwock, my son!
The jaws that bite, the claws that catch!
Beware the Jubjub bird, and shun
The frumious Bandersnatch!”

He took his vorpal sword in hand;
Long time the manxome foe he sought—
So rested he by the Tumtum tree
      And stood awhile in thought.

And, as in uffish thought he stood,
The Jabberwock, with eyes of flame,
Came whiffling through the tulgey wood,
      And burbled as it came!

One, two! One, two! And through and through
      The vorpal blade went snicker-snack!
He left it dead, and with its head
      He went galumphing back.

“And hast thou slain the Jabberwock?
Come to my arms, my beamish boy!
O frabjous day! Callooh! Callay!”
      He chortled in his joy.

’Twas brillig, and the slithy toves
Did gyre and gimble in the wabe:
All mimsy were the borogoves,
      And the mome raths outgrabe.

I love how all the words sound like real English words. To quote Alice "It seems pretty (...) but it is rather hard to understand."

Many if not all of the Heartbreaker fantasy minis are currently available from Impact! miniatures in resin: https://www.impactminiatures.com/index.php?option=heartbreaker they had a kickstarter for them some time ago, which has been delivered.

Nice one, Keith. Definitely has the look of a Copplestone about him... The big hands, and those furry boot tops. Quite distinctive...
Lovely job on the sword in particular.

The Jabberwocky is lovely too :)
(Well, you know what I mean... Not lovely, but very well done :D)

As a point of rules clarity we have had some comments about members submitting multiple entries. There is nothing in the rules that prohibits this as long as the one figure a day rule is adhered to. All entries are welcome.

Yes, definitely Mark's work!

Lovely entries again, I especially love the Jabberwock!

Yes, very nicely done. What's your recipe for the antiquated armour, if you don't mind me asking?
