Wonderful stuff, all around!

I think I shall have to speed up a bit, if I am to finish all the old models I have lined up for this!

Hell's teeth! An avalanche of Old School lovelies! I need to speed up - I've got four on the go and they're all nearly but not quite finished!

Oh well, one of my very earliest sculpts, not very proud of it ... But great to see it very nicely painted! 😊

You are some kind of mad prophet, sir.

You appear to have sculpted Gru from Despicable Me disguised as a barmaid some 30 years in advance!

Great stuff all!

#80 - Grenadier Orcs of the Severed Hand: chief

I picked up all but one of the Orcs of the Severed Hand on eBay earlier this year. But this chap was missing. I wasn't too bothered, as he was my least favourite of the lot. But he then turned up individually and cheaply on eBay, so I snapped him up. I painted him this evening, and he's grown on me a bit.

I think these orcs would make quite decent RuneQuest dark trolls; they're big enough to be about 7' tall if they stood up straight, which I believe is the appropriate size for the Uz. Also, the goblins that match these orcs make great trollkin.

Lovely colour scheme on that troll - the human-looking parts work really well with the scaly bits!

#82 - Dokko McCoughlagan (Citadel c1985 'The Tragedy of McDeath')

This handsome chap is the Laird of the McCoughlagan clan (now wipe your mouth), fighting for Donalbane. Some like to paint him with the Donalbane arms on his shield, but I prefer to leave it as a plain deep red, as the (very small) illustrations in the McDeath scenario pack suggest. Besides, it looks better I think.

#83 ME1 Strider.
Still one of my favorite Striders.(Helms Deep version being another.)every time I give in and give it away I always end up regretting it and hunting down another one.
Because of the emo head and hair postion its quite awkward to photograph.
