Great figures mate, better get them on the table for some practice. Looks like FFOL are going to be a bit of a feature at BLAM.

Should have everything in place in readiness for next week's game

Here are the last two minis for the first game of Ffol.
My next job is to create a temporary card deck,using adhesive labels,for the special rules,using an ordinary pack of playing cards,then onto some table dressing

OSHIRO Modelterrain do the custom cards for the game at eighteen quid a set. Bit steep, you may think, for a set of playing cards you can tickle up yourself. Trust me on this... they really do enhance the FofL experience and are well worth investing in.

Now I have some minis prepared for this I
thought I'd make my own cards initially,just to give the rules a try out 
I know they're a popular set and if I like them too I'll certainly be getting all the "bells and whistles" to go with them

Ok,first game of Ffol tonight,Jeff was the good guys and yours truly the bad guys.
Played the first scenario from the rulebook,the not Ok Corral fight.
Jeff won! A major victory with his Marshal Mallows gunning down Old Man Rivers,who was gamely standing in the middle of the street asking for it! Lol.
A fun game,lots of twists and turns,with the unloaded marker making more than one unwelcome appearance
Will definitely re visit these rules.
Now,where did I put those Earp minis ?

Great stuff Keith. Its a really fun set of rules. Unless your dice rolling is atrocious and your opponent keeps rolling tens much like my game with James last night;)
