Good purchase. I bought a few of the streetfighter nanofigs from the dollar store. They're hefty miniatures so you won't have any problems with them breaking.

I think that from a gaming perspective (rather than collecting figures) a lot depends on what you are trying to achieve. If you want totally Potter experience with chits and cards which have the “look”, I suspect it’s the official game or to use the pieces in a home grown game.

I painted up a few figures that will do as approximations of some characters and a few that look like vaguely eccentric wizard types. I then pitched two wizards and their loyal groundsman against a D&D troll and a D&D giant weasel which I called a bandersnatch. I used a version of EDNA to track general health and ability with each wizard having three powers each of which had a turn to recharge. The groundsman had a large axe....

Good fun but I’m still working on it

 :o :o :o

I've commented on your stuff before, but f@*k sake, this is sooo much better. Your painting skills have always been jealousy inducing, but this just makes me want to throw my brushes away!

Truly your best work! :-*

Beautiful; the subtle colour variation on Voldemort in particular.

More awesomeness! That Hagrid in the 40mm range might be the right size for 28/32mm

Thanks guys!

@Andym yeah, this is my best collection so far. I've picked up some new techniques from Sergio Calvo's patreon that have helped improve my blending without adding any time to the process. It's especially useful for tackling larger areas which used to take a lot.

I guess I forgot to post this video of a tutorial I did for painting Sirius Black.

It's not very exciting, but I'm not a flashy painter.
