Russians
« on: September 22, 2018, 12:53:48 PM »
Going to start doing a hypothetical scenario where the British and Russians have come to blows in the late 19th century. I suppose it is an early type of The Great Game where both combatants meet somewhere around Afghanistan.
The following are from Outpost Wargames and are Russians from their Russo/Turkish War range.

Whoops that was a bit embarrassing. Just when I thought I had this technology sorted.

I have no idea how to use the attachment function, so I'm no use there, but I can use my moderator powers to re-post those the right way up, if you don't mind me messing with your posts.

Done. I don't know how to make the attachments behave, so I popped them in the gallery. I may have mixed up the order they were in a little bit. Sorry about that.

Look forward to seeing more of this project, from all angles!  :)

Thanks for your help with the photos, Plynkes, much appreciated. Just finishing off some mounted Don Cossacks this weekend, after some friends have left and will start posting the British.
Thank you for everyone’s kind comments. It certainly inspires me to move forward with this.
I have just started an Instagram account at Piran’swarriors.com if anyone is interested. Not many photos yet but will upload more this week.
Really excited about this project. Not sure to use either TMWBKS, which I have played and really enjoyed or go down the Sharp Practice 2 route which I have heard good things about.
