I don't have the attention span for painting up armies, but I love the look of it when it is well executed. That vehicle looks great. That is GZG too? I've started to collect some 15mm vehicles for my machinations. That one might fit.

Nice, I can’t believe how many 15mm sci-fi collectors are around nowadays, great stuff.

I think after a short hiatus we're suddenly growing in number!

Yes they are GZG! And I admit, some of these armies have been in the making since 2010 as I've been a 15mm Sci fi fan for a long time. Each army is a project I think, but I also have a few side projects for 15mm sci fi that create a backdrop for the armies, such as a Post-Apoc planet setting, a not Tattooine setting, a Wilderness setting infested with creatures from Earths Ancient past (think Jurassic Park in space) in just goes on. Its helped by the fact I generally haven't strayed much from 15mm sci fi over the years, or when I have, not for too long  lol lol

I am definitely stealing Space Jurassic Park.

I, for one, wish that I had set upon 15mm earlier than I did. I took a several decade hiatus from miniatures and wargaming, and when I "came back" the only real touchstone I had was WH40k. I kinda knew that wasn't what I wanted to do, and I ended up falling in love with the Post Apoc stuff I was seeing on MattBlackGod's forum (predominantly 28mm). So my leap back in was expensive-ish and takes up a lot of space in my basement lol

From here out I'm only looking at 15mm projects to save myself the headache of storing stuff.

It's wonderful to see, there are so many, so talented hobbyists out there!

Haha, I think that's the only way to get anything done - don't stray. I allow myself to stray within my project, but in the end it must be usable with my 15mm sci-fi collection.

Been a bit quiet lately but I've managed to get some more Units for the Konglomerate finished. Again very simple paint job! I may come back to the tank at a later stage and add some more detail but for now its ready to see combat!

Great coloring on those. It pulls out the highlights quite well.

Beginnings of the African Union force. The AU are the last original Earth Alliance that emerged during the final decades of the 21st Century. Although the AU was for a time one of the leading super powers it was primarily Earth based. Only when humanity was able to achieve Black Matter Jump Drives in the 27th Century did the AU finally begin mass colonisation of the stars.

By the 29th Century the AU has begun ramping up its military presence, having largely ignored it's armed forces in favour of economic and colonial expansion. AU forces are rather basic, a necessity given the rapid expansion in force numbers required to adequately defend its numerous holdings and tackle the now myriad of Human and Alien threats arrayed against it.

Some very nice forces displayed here, with some cool themes running through the different choices. Is the basing on your PAU Vallejo paste? I always wonder about that stuff!

Thank you! And it's the GW Basing paste, which I wouldn't be surprised is exactly the same as the Vallejo stuff (I'm told it's all made in the same factory).

It makes basing way more convenient than the more traditional methods. I'm hoping at a later date to pick up some green flock/plants to make the bases a little more characterful, but its great if you just want to get your troops onto the table fast.

Thank you!

Now for something a little different. I decided recently to start an  alien force to harass my human factions and decided on Khurasans Molch Vornid!

Here are some of the basic infantry supported by a group of unreleased Molch Vornid Hounds!
