The rules mods for the game are attached. Note these are the mods to FFOL:HM; they can’t be played without the full ruleset (which is available in PDF as well as paper).

Note that I’ve amended the post and the attachment for the Mods as I made a mistake ..... apols

Basically, a crossbow takes 2 actions to reload. A long bow takes 1 action unless it breaks a string etc (rolling an unmodified 1) in which case it becomes 3 actions.
