Eureka Bronze age Achaeans get some paint
« on: October 02, 2018, 08:17:45 PM »
These lovely figures are finally clawing their way to the top of the painting pile.
Most of the figures I am basing individually as characters or NPCs in a Skirmish semi RPG campaign I hope to start soon.

Three guards

A priest king and a Lion king

Two Prince heroes

A lovely Eureka hero with a not so lovely but workable Redoubt hero.
Apologies the light box and extreme close ups have really highlighted my basic painting.

Two Royal guards

Very nice. I am not sure I recognize the minis. Where’s the lion king from? Is he a Eureka?

I love these figures, I ordered some for To The Strongest! They arrived yesterday, so it's nice to see some painted, for inspiration. Well done!

Can you get these in U.K. or is it postage from Oz?

Hi Fighting 15s don't have any stock yet and are unsure when they will. Ordering from Australia is the only way to get them at the moment I am afraid. I think my last order was about 20 Aus dollars postage.

I ordered mins direct from Nic.

A very nice chap who is always willing to feed my lead addiction.  :)

They are really worth the postage from down under....

I've had the Bronze Age Greeks on order for almost four months. Nic at Eureka has yet to advise me when that order will be ready to ship (the order also contains some other items for which there are currently production difficulties, which is why I imagine the order is taking an unusually long time), so I regret that I cannot give an ETA for their arrival in the UK.

Nick has had some issues with the casting machine, hence delays. I think they have now been resolved.

As I said, the delays are caused by production difficulties for other items on the same order. These are not affected by the down time on the casting machine, which Nic tells me was back in action by early August. Nic has certainly been sending a lot of metal my way. :-)

Update: Nic tells me that the items that have held up this shipment are now available, so the package containing the Bronze Age Greeks will be on its way in the near future.

Just noticed these figures on the fighting 15s website.
