Progress with the Elizabethans for Ireland
« on: October 15, 2018, 09:52:59 PM »
Made some progress recently with my Elizabethan Ireland Project. I do need to get some more Irish though so on the shopping list for Fiasco at the end of the month.

Nice, I have a desire to paint an Elizabethan force someday.

Thanks guys and yes the far right figure is a minor conversion. Its the Foundry Scottish Knight from the 100 years war range. Warlord do seperate helmets for their ECW range so I buthered this chaps helmet and replaced it witha morion to bring the figure a bit more up to date. Hoping to head swap a few more as I go add a more Elizabethan feel to the figures. Also toying with some Huden and Allen buildings for the Irish to raid!

Cheers Romark, I am keeping my eyes open for figures I can use for head swaps, Morions and Burgonets in particular.

Thank you, I really need to push on with the Irish though, the English are well over half done. Hoefully picking up the Perry's Irish will spur me on.
