Seeking advice on layering flock and static grass
« on: October 18, 2018, 11:09:05 PM »
Hello all,

I was wondering what adhesive people use to layer and blend successive layers of different flock. I've had mixed success. My current method of choice is to spray hairspray over the already glued first layer of flock and sprinkling the second layer on, and spray the hairspray again.  This method works but has its limitations. Do you do anything differently for static grass layering? Any and all suggestions welcome!

I have just used watered down PVA, thin enough that you can use a spray bottle. Right now I am building some hills for a 15mm ACW game and I am going to try Elmer's S[ray Adhesive- I will let you kn ow how it works out. 8)
