Thank you Bob, I will look forward to getting it in my mitts.

Will it be available direct or just via Caliver?

If by direct, you mean direct from game/hobby stores, then from what I understand, as for all Parizan Press publications (and correct me if I'm wrong), Dunsterforce will only be available via Caliver Books (Partizan Press) in the UK, and from On Military Matters in the USA.

That said, in the UK, I know Caliver Books/Parizan Press (Dave Ryan) gets around to many of the shows, and of course there is the website, so access should be easier than for us in the USA.

All,

I posted details about the book in the Great War thread, since it fits there foremost, though it is Back of Beyond as well. Certainly, it is a Back of Beyond area in which the actions take place.  :)

In addition to forces in the rulebook and scenario book, there are many threads by LOEK on the forum.  I have also used the Back of Beyond army lists for the Contemptible Little Armies rules, which share some DNA with StEA.  Whilst not necessarily too accurate historically, they give a good flavour and reasonable force composition, and cover 20 BoB armies

I have Chinese Warlord and adventurer/pulpy forces painted so far, but Chinese bandit, Baron/White and British in the lead pile.

I agree, the Contemptible Little Armies supplement is a useful resource.

Just a follow-up here. I posted in The Great War thread, that the Dunsterforce book is now available via Caliver Books in the UK (soon to be available in the US as well). See that other thread for the complete info.

With regard to CLA stats, these are also included in the book for each scenario, even though the book is primary for STEA (there are also stats for other generic rules as well). Therefore, the book should easily be adaptable to any WWI rules set one uses, with little work.

Regards,
Bob

Nice troop selection too.
