Grim doings in Anglemoor - The Games!
« on: October 24, 2018, 03:38:25 PM »
I'm starting a new project in a Witchfinder General setting. Set in the lovely dank coastal area known as Anglemoor. Anglemoor is a sparsely populated settlement, ruled over by a grim and wicked tyrant. Hugo Musgrove, the Witch Earl of Anglemoor.

A new mat from Killing Fields Terrain. Teddy bear fur commercially died. It makes a lovely moor.

One of a few 17th century buildings I have on hand. I'll be making more as things progress

Wicked beasts prowl the countryside. Barghests some call them. Rumor has it they are servants of Earl hugo. These are Zombie wolves from Gamezone miniatures.

Earl Hugo himself. Hissssss.

Up next perhaps a coven of witches and some dark riders to carry out the Witch Earl's commands.

"Boo! Hiss!" to the bad guy.

"Hooray!" for our intrepid hero.

Lovely stuff. That first photo is very Hammer Horror movie-like. All we need is Peter Cushing and a corseted Ingrid Pitt. :-*
Enjoying the game is ALWAYS more important than winning the game.

Great start - love it!
"One of My Men Became Restless" focuses on 15mm Horse & Musket periods and 25mm Horse & Musket, Fantasy, Horror and Victorian everything! Occasionally there'll be stuff of related interest but it's mostly a painters blog.  See it all here: http://flashman14.blogspot.com/

Lovely, miniatures and terrain both.  Great pallet, dark but still rich.
