Hi there
Just finished watching a WW1 doc about all arms combat in Amiens. A report by a UK pilot described
"MG fire, flaming onions and AA artillery"...yep i was suprised too...So what did he mean by flaming onions. I heard correctly by the way!

It's a revolving-barrelled 37mm AA gun that fired flares. Five barrels I think.
