Hi, Has anybody had any luck contacting redoubt. I placed a small order on 6th August & tried to contact them 2 weeks ago to see if it had been sent yet, I know they were having some reorganization problems which is why I waited so long. But I got no answer, I then emailed Andy Grubb at Grubby Tanks but still no answer. I know I can get a refund via PayPal but would rather have his excellent figures instead. Are they still trading, as I like to order more figures from both Redoubt & Grubb Tanks website.

Yes he is still trading! Text him direct on his mobile. (the number on the website).

Thanks again vodkafan for the advice to txt him. He's been in touch & my order should be with me soon. I'm more pleased that he's still trading as he has some excellent figures, especially his Ecw civilians.

Had the same problem. Multiple emails to Redoubt and Grubby Tanks ignored. I will have to try that phone number...

I didn't have a problem. I posted something on here in response to a previous thread about Redoubt about the same time as my last order. When it arrived I had a jokey message from Andy in with it. Seems he recognised who I was.

As I have an order with Redoubt, placed as of about two weeks ago, I hope to not need to go the text route. But, I am glad to have the info, just in case...

Unfortunately, several e-mails sent to both Redoubt and Grubby have not been answered. I am trying the text method...

Had a chat with Andy at Warfare. He has bitten off a bit more than he can chew with Redoubt plus a series os setbacks, so is struggling to keep up to date with orders. Hoping to get things sorted though. Watch this space.

I am going to be patient and wait for him to catch up. It might be foolhardy - I hope not though

been waiting over six weeks however.

made an order on 4th November, still not received order, email sent, no response. He may be in a bit deep taking on Redoubts range but he should at least make an effort to reply to emails and explain why orders are taking so long, or if he is even able to deliver on orders ,its no way to run a business.

Made an order on Nov. 13th for some long coveted Redoubt merchandise. I received an email stating: Your order has been received and is now being processed. Also received a notification from PayPal the payment had been processed. We will hope for the best from Andy Grubb in sending the merchandise.
