Next up, a bunch of knights for the Lannister’s and their retainers.

Perry plastics with a few Westwind heads.

Lord Lefford

Lord Prester

...and some minor Lannister’s

Those heads look like a great fit. Well done on the freehand as well.

Agreed, nice work on the freehanding!

Is Lord Lefford's head one of the Westwind ones? It fits really well if it is!

Thanks...my freehand sigils look better, the further away the camera is

 ;)

Lords Lefford & Prester both have Westwind heads ... can’t recall which sprue they are from, as I’ve got a whole bunch of the dark ages...Arthurian heads etc

Have put some more Unsullied together - I decided not to file the legs as they’d be fairly brittle, but I’ve ended the baggy trousers just above the ankle, as if they are tucked in/bound.

First 6 done, so only another 7,994 to go....

No No No!

Danaerys bought 8,000 trained unsullied and over 2,000 more that were in training....

Looks good, the tucked trousers work nicely.

They look grand, can we expect a 3 foot high and 8 foot long wall of ice at some point?

The Unsullied look great!

Considering what Akky has done on previous projects that's not out of the realm of possibility :)

Looking good! The tucked in trousers work well, and the unit looks great in formation!

Does the original baggy-trousers Unsullied still exist? Could he be leader by virtue of having the baggiest trousers?

Thanks everyone, glad you like the “tucked” look, must admit I’m pleased with how they look en-masse....need a lot more though.

No No No!

Duh!...{goes off to add another 2,000 figures to the paint queue}

I honestly haven’t thought about terrain yet, but it sounds like the sort of completely impractical thing I’d build, so who knows?

 :D

 lol

I might add a Greyworm to the list, if I get a decent number made.

Tbh I'm rather expecting it, anything less would be a disappointment to us all I think.  ::)

more Lannisters

Mercenary Company

These are some Perry’s Italian Wars that TheBlackCrane painted, and I’ve just rebased - I thought they’d fit in well as a Company of Sellswords from Braavos. The paint scheme reminded of the House of Black & White, and while they are just mercenaries rather than assassins, it seemed appropriate.

Ah! The Company of Many Faces, for those situations where one Faceless Man is a bit too steep a price, so you send 40 guys to do the same job!

But seriously though, they look good! The black/white contrast combined with the Italian helmet rolls (mazzocchios?) definitely gives them a Braavosi look! Rich sellswords could probably *afford* the Black and White look in Braavos too, compared to tavern bouncer Bravos.

I like the look of the Lannister infantry too, the one painted kettle-helm is an interesting choice, I wonder how it'd look with more armour painted in house-colours rather than bare steel.

Keep up the good work!
