In a Galaxy far, far away...

Gleaned some Star Wars figures from the 'Bazaar' recently. Mission was for Luke Skywanker to infiltrate the Death Star, rescue a bunch of Rebel prisoners, capture the armoury and nick some weapons then leg it before his Dad turns up.
Piccy of them teleporting into the baddies HQ is a bit fuzzy due to a meteorite strike on the camera...

Yoda and his lads rush to liberate the prisoners as Luke captures the armoury. Then Himself turns up and things turn very ugly, very quickly. In a fierce running battle Yoda leads the freed Rebels (running the gauntlet of fire, unarmed!) to a teleport machine and they all escape. Darth Vader charges the armoury and is cut down by Luke's light sabre after he hesitates like Kirk Douglas in the Vikings! Before Luke can enjoy victory he gets blasted by a Stormtrooper. Han Solo covers the withdrawal of the rest of the Rebels, then badly wounded, escapes with them in the teleport machine.
Great little game enjoyed by all... just wish I knew more about Star Wars so I could tell what/who all the creatures are!

Yep, looking forward to getting 'Galactic Heroes' at Crimbo from my lad... then we'll see how Darth Dipstick matches up agin the Universe's proper bad boys... the demented Pepperpots!!!
