One question, though. If they are "bronze age", why do they all seem to be sporting steel weapons?

Also, I think we have some of the same plastic aquarium plants for our jungles. Have you tried painting any of them, to cut the sheen on the bright colors?

Nope. I'm lucky I did this without wandering away! ::) :)

Nice look with the Bronze Age stuff. I painted some of the same Northmen for my RoSD ranger and companions, too!

Troll, from Bronze Age Miniatures, 1 of a set of 3. I'll be using them for RoSD and The Dolorous Stroke if our Viking Saga campaign gets off the ground.

Now that's a splendid troll. Looks as though he's stepped straight out of a John Bauer illustration (that's a compliment).

Lovely work on a great miniature!
 :-* :-*

I have a bunch of these for my OGAM Norse army and really should get them done at some point.
You may have just bumped them up the queue for me.

Very nice. I really like the style of Bronze Age Miniatures (even though none of their minis are actually from the Bronze Age).

That troll is really fantastic!

Thanks! They really are my favorite line of minis going. There are two more of this set, and I just got the excellent Dwarf trolls set during their annual sale.  :)

In my dream world, David from BA takes Tre Manor from Red Box under his wing, teaches him how to scale his minis up to a proper size (and gives them correct sized heads!), and they run off into the sunset and make the world's most perfect line of Trudvang miniatures. :-* :-* :) :) ;)

Excellent! I like the way it came out, good color choices.
a mixture of quick parts, sarcastic humour, reserve, and caprice.

 lol lol lol
Yes, Trudvang rings that same bell with me and Bronze Age has the perfect minis for the setting!
(I like the old Pendragon RPG even better for a vision of a cool Dark Age North, but it lacks Paul Bonner‘s art)

Overall very nice models and nice painting! Noticed only now that we share the same preferences in backdrop gaming mats and aquarium decoration scenery - a good choice, mister! (You're better photographer than I.)

The gang ready to re-enter the Shadow Deep! Been away from the project for too long, so tomorrw I plan to rectify that. Re-jigging some Trudvang RPG scenarios for the RoSD system.

Details to follow, if it doesn't suck! ::)

Lovely stuff all around.

Looking forward to further details of your adventures!

I've been a fan of Trudvang since it was introduced as the world of "Drakar & Demoner 6" - but just the other week was actually the first time I got to play the RPG!

A big fellow from Bronze Age Miniatures, currently acting as Captain for my Frostgrave warband, also shown with his employer, the Illusionist Opus Magnum, from Otherworld.
