Properhammer - A big game of WFB

Proper Warhammer, 4 players, ranked up units with not a round base in sight.

Looks awesome - 4 fantastic armies there...

I loved Triumph and Treachery back in 8th edition.

We found smaller armies were the way to go to accommodate 4 players at a time - I think from memory we used to go with 1250 point forces which allowed us to get a game done and dusted in a reasonable time.

We never took Warhammer too seriously, but T&T really appealed to our approach to the game - backstabbing, sneaky deals, dick moves at the right time to mess your mates over...

A great way to have a more casual and less competitive game.

Yes, four smallish (I think it was 1k plus 200 allies) meant we finally got a five turn T&T finished. I think we played 10-6 with a couple of hours pub break in the middle :)
It is a great format for WFB but you do need to commit time to T&T
