Blanks? Bathing suits? Nudes??? - ground up costume sculpting/conversion

New here, (HI!), hope this is right place to ask. Is there a good source for female and male "blanks" for conversions? Or very scantily clad ones? Looking to start from something near bare and build up costume and the like ontop. High quality modern sculps preffered of course, but nothing too different from other common minis.

Reaper has dollies and armitures. I guess contact them to check if they're 28mm.

Hasslefree Miniatures; great looking miniatures but a bit on the 25mm side (smallish; at least the ones I bought from them).

Wow. Those look pretty amazing for what I want. I might email them about their exact heights. Small for females wouldnt be deal breaking for me necessarily.
