Suggestions augmenting my Haradrim

Hey guys, looking for some ideas to augment my haradrim forces. Not so much the bulk troops but one off unusual leaders or beasts. I play dragon rampant so I am pretty open.

It had to be mentioned for Harad force but maybe Mumak ? :)

Lotr one in giant but there is ancients elephant set from Victrix.

Clash of the Titans (2010 film version) has giant scorpions. They would make a formidable part of a fantasy Arab army.
Reaper Bones range includes a suitable scorpion.

The old Runequest scorpion men were cool. I should imagine a quick conversion would be easy enough to knock up and would look great.
