The Gatormen were my first attempt and I learnt a lot from them. You can see the bulge as I applied too much and I didn't spread it out enough around the leg on the one in the back.
But it's rather easy to work with. Just mix it up well, add a bit of ink if you want some colour and then apply it with a with a tooth pick (or expendable brush).
