The last of the Thunderborn, wielder of the sword ‘Llafnhir’, an ancient weapon of Beardfolk legend.
Discovered as a small child shivering in the charred remains of her clan fortress, the sole survivor of a ruinous Wyrmfolk attack.
The last of her bloodline, her only possession the huge sword clutched tightly in her tiny arms.
Its once gleaming blade burnt and stained with the blood of her kin.
From that moment, Hildirs’ life became a quest for vengeance on the Great Wyrm and its folk.
A solitary existence, driven by bitterness and anger, always restless, always wandering.
Hildirs’ story is one of Wyrmflame and destruction, told in hushed tones and whispered rumours.
It is now many years since the glorious ‘Llafnhir’ was called by its true name... to the Beardfolk it is now known simply as the ‘Blackened Blade’....
