Maybe a couple of national police figures in peaked caps would be interesting for street fighting scenarios.

My Great uncle was in the fighting In Hue. Said it was quite the most brutal fighting he experienced in 27 months in Vietnam.

I would like to know if there will be a good variation of poses. I have seen in your shop page there are a limited number of poses in your different ranges. It would be nice to have almost a full squad with different figures.

TBH being able to start such a project with a complete (ish) squad is a key point for me too.  :)

Not played Vietnam games since I sold my old Platoon 20 stuff years ago but I'd consider some of these to use for Vietnam with the FFoL variant that we've been using for Cartel Games in a jungle setting.

Ideally I'd like to buy a few teams of figures in different poses (essential for skirmish games IMHO).

Any plans to extend beyond Hue?  I'm particularly interested in figures suitable as Tunnel Rats, no equipment, pistols and torches, that sort of thing.  Also ARVN special forces if there are plans for those too?

I'm guessing if you're doing Hue then you've got to do ARVN Rangers and also the Hac Bao Black Panther company who helped hold the ARVN HQ and defend the airport.

You probably won't need many individual figures of ARVN sf as they where mainly distinguished from the regular infantry by their camouflage uniforms which had the same cut as the OD ones.

I was thinking that it might be nice to have some in their scarves or perhaps a few in their tailored OG107 uniforms that some apparently liked, though it might be difficult to really notice that at 28mm. Just a pack or two of more distinctive figures, possibly with a range of weapons. From a commercial perspective I imagine that the more multi purpose most ARVN figures are, the more packs you might sell of them, but I can't be the only one who'd pick up a pack of more overt Rangers?

That's what I was thinking, maybe a crossbow armed Montagnard for example?

I’ve been quietly getting what I can for a Vietnam scenario ready. This is really good news for me!

Any idea when we might see the first packs?

I'm guessing they would be the basic US troops so we can start building squads?
