Medieval Casualty Figures (horses)
« on: January 28, 2019, 07:41:44 PM »
I'm looking for 28mm medieval casualty figures for around 1200-1350.  I am having a hard time finding very many horse casualty figures (barded or unbarded).  I have found some from Gripping Beast and from Crusader.  Foundry makes one as well I think.  Am I missing any?  I may have to just make my own out of extra horse figures that I have.

Thanks  -  Allen

Might be a bit early but the Conquest plastic Normans come with a cavalry casualty figure.

Watching this thread with interest as I need the same and have searched extensively. I just got very excited as I saw some stunningly beautiful ones without equipment to tie it to a certain period but was gutted to see it was metal 1:72 doh. To be honest converting might be the way to go

Here they are, if only these were 28mm. Good inspiration for poses though if converting

Redoubt, RH 13, dead horse with barding.
RH 8, plain dead horse

Magister Militum "SHO 13 Barded horse, dying" "SHO 16 Barded horse, dead"

There are others in my info stash, but they're not specifically medieval ones.
