The Arabs are very well done! They clearly don't look too impressed about having to face off against nearly nude infidels  :D

As much as I relish the re-match, wasn't I just up against CWCHMC last round...?

Ooooh bugger. So you were  :(

I have an excel spreadsheet with all the matches cross referenced with squillions of little coloured boxes - unfortunately, one or two names seems to have been transposed this time round between the spreadsheet and the Word doc where I assemble the matches for each round.
Human error - cock-up, not conspiracy.

You're right - no-one is supposed to fight the same opponent twice.
Unfortunately, I think it's now too late to do anything about it, so very sorry about that.

(It's actually the second time that's happened. We had a rematch in Round 3 as well - but I don't think anyone noticed! On balance, 2 mistakes out of 160+ matches isn't too bad an average... But I'll double and treble check all matches for the final three rounds... )

The Baluchis are brilliant, but the martians just have it for me! :)

Where are the models from, please, Heldrak?

All of the figures in my entry are "Dead Earth Imperials" from Bronze Age Miniatures.

Very nicely done. This is going to be another close one. Great detail, shading and colouration!! Good luck to you both!!

Both entires are beautiful, but the martians won my vote - purely because I prefer the subject matter (I couldn't decide otherwise!)

I like both as well, but I think it's a shame that the white balance in the first pic is so off. With a bit better colour correction I think the white of the paper could turn out actually white instead of salmon, and we'd get a much better idea of the skin tones. Other than that they are very nicely painted 8)
