I love this so much!
How's the scale on the dragonborn? Any chance of a scale shot?

Try this.

The Dragonborn is about 35mm foot to eye. I've put Filch from Knight Models' Harry Potter range in the photo, because he's standing on a similar-sized base, and is also 35mm foot to eye. You can see the Dragonborn's head and hands are slightly smaller in proportion, but not by much. Shadespire Skeleton from GW for comparison.

This is super inspiring. Great job. I'd love to play on this. Have you considered using the Vanguard ruleset for this board? A 3x3 with this amount of terrain would be just perfect.

Haven't played Vanguard yet, although I've heard great things about it. This board is primarily for Elder Scrolls: Call to Arms, and it'll serve double-duty for my 3D Harry Potter conversion if I ever get round to it :-D
