Our story picks up with Rutherford rushing to the aid of the Brainy Felicia, while Ace and Roswell face down the notorious Sky Pirates...
Rutherford daringly rushes forward, ready and willing to come to Felicia's aid.
Oh no! Rutherford falls into the trap and suffers a slight flesh wound.
Dirty-dog dealings! The wily native easily out-maneuvers his prey and he leaves them to struggle in the vengeful vines and moves silently to safety.
Raven and company are closing in on the object of their desires... but will they be able to catch him?
Rutherford manages to fight his way through the bramble, believing that Felicia is with him all the way, but once free of the trap he turns and finds himself alone...
Drat the luck! Brainy Felicia was unable to free herself, she's fallen and can't get up!
Phantom Ace and Roswell are determined to take down this gun-happy Sky Pirate if its the last thing they do!
She can smell victory in the air... Raven closes in on her target and she's not going to let him get away this time. No one makes a fool of her!
Success for Ace and Roswell! That Sky Pirate isn't getting up anytime soon.
Raven is victorious, she does a small self contained victory jig as she finally succeeds in taking down her quarry.
Ever ready for action, Rutherford waste no time in tracking down the nefarious native, but even as he closes in on him, he can't seem to resist the chance to take a shot at a Sky Pirate.
2 enemies, 2 shots, 2 of the exact same results...
Down they go, but who will get back up?
Phantom Ace stumbles across a native, his eyes dart from side to side looking for an escape route.
Drat the luck! Knowing the terrain is sure an advantage, the native manages to slip through Ace's fingers.
Rutherford is up and what's that he spies a little bird... a Raven and the daring Rutherford is willing to take the gamble.
Quite literally the shot of a lifetime!
Raven takes a hit, but she's not going down, and she's more than ready to hit back. Phantom Ace isn't around to protect his sidekick and this hasn't exactly been Raven's night, she's ready for a little revenge as the last action of this exciting adventure.
Rutherford falls to the ground and Raven gets some satisfaction, she hasn't lost her touch.
But have no fear for Rutherford, Phantom Ace and Roswell are right there ready to get the heck out of dodge and onto safer territory. And so our fearless heroes take the day, but Raven Squadron live to fight another day.
