GA - True Flight

Just a quick question in order to build my warband for a game this weekend (this will be our first try of GA), and was wondering about True Flight. It states it can be cast the warband, but does that include the heritor himself? Thanks for your time!

How have you found GA? I've played about 50 games of Frostgrave, so really love the rules. Looking forward to a change of play style.
