Tha ks for the kind words everyone, glad the project had such a warm welcome

Warhammer Quest was one of my favorites, too. Great to see it brought back to life in such a beautiful way!

Cheers, genuinely pleased by that. Exactly what I wanted to do.

Lovely looking pieces, I really like the strong colours being used.  Reminded me of the Hirst Arts based tiles that were shown on the forum there a while back:

http://deucdungeon.blogspot.com/p/donjon-3d.html

https://www.tapatalk.com/groups/hirstarts/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=7763&p=7420&hilit=warhammer+quest#p7420

I don't think fantasy gaming gets any better than well done 3d Dungeon layouts.

Cheers, the rich colours and contrast are probably the most enjoyable part of painting for me.

Those are some amazing projects, one thing I've noticed is how much bigger the tiles are than the ones I'm building. In one way it's a shame I didn't match those for sheer scale! Probably a bit too late for me now though, bit too far into the project.

Many more heroes to paint, but this gives players a chance to choose from a variety of party members. Some of my favourite models still left to paint

The dungeon is extremely effective and atmospheric, and the minis have fantastic PJs! Nice!

Troll Squit is an ale from the brew houses in Talabheim. What they don't advertise is where the yeast, used in the fermentation process, comes from.

The paint jobs are very atmospheric. Can I ask how are you creating the tiles? 3D print or hand sculpting? Looks amazing. Also love the free hand on the tilean

Kitbashed and sculpted, have been asked a few times about scanning and 3D printing, but I own none of the IP for this, and crucially none of the equipment :D

Hahaha, the classic red era PJ's. Heavily influenced by Obelix and Asterix.

Everything here is awesome!! I was actually inspired by a thread here where someone was wondering about dungeon crawls, and already decided to write some simple dungeon rules for myself. Seeing this just inspires me even more!! Wonderful!

The dungeon is awesome, the figures perhaps even more so!  :-* Had WHQ but didn't ever play it, but still makes me happy to see it alive. Have a dungeon more like the Advanced Hero Quest tiles in mind that I would like to get to, and many appropriate figures in the works.

Thanks very much! Great to hear positive feedback.

Haha, funnily enough that's what kicked me into action on starting this thread too. Figured it was a good way to keep track of what I'd done so far.

Keep it up mate and let us know how you get on with the rules!

I was amazed to see so many still playing AHQ and HQ, some of the sets I've seen painted up are amazing. I managed to get a set of HQ miniatures based o the original artwork, but I haven't had the nerve to paint them yet.
