Continuing with more green things for the dwarfs to fight... I give you 15 Grenadier Spider riders.

These are all grenadier fantasy warriors figures. But I disliked the idea of musket wielding goblins so the muskets have been converted into long trumpets. Fantasy Warriors has a game mechanic in it that allows you to take multiple musicians in a unit as they give you bonuses in threatening an enemy in attempting to scare them into routing from the battlefield. So its not unusual for orcs and especially goblins to have 2 musicians... I like the idea of a unit of 8 with 4 musicians though - effectively a marching (or scuttling) band !

Great stuff all around. As a bona fide arachnophobe I can definitely declare that those spider riders are really horrible.
Below is a link to my blog. It's the place where I write uninteresting things about little toy soldiers. I do this because I refuse to grow up and behave like an adult.

CHARIOT!

Why should the poncy pointy-eared pixie-fiddlers have all the best transport?

Still looking for a suitable charioteer...

You have a valid point.

I have vivid memories of a Fairground ride that went in circles and made me very dizzy.  The artwork was that Polar Bear sled.

Excellent work on that classic Ral Partha Polar Bear Sled. It's nice to see one painted up.
