Blind Spot and Achilles Heel
« on: February 25, 2019, 02:04:39 AM »
I was considering today a repeated flaw in almost every WWII army I've ever built. I play Rapid Fire 20mm and have done so for years and years and I have several armies in Europe, Mediterranean and North African theaters and in all of them I have next to no ... actually no dedicated anti-aircraft units.

This year I am going to change that shortcoming but it has been the last thing I add to an army group - if ever.

Does anyone else have a similar blind spot? AND do you keep paying the price for your failure as I do?

I tend to build full units as required by the scenario I’m plann8ng.  So, no blind spot unless the historical force had one.  In terms of AA, My Germans have 88s and 20mm AA, my Americans have M15 and M16 HAlftracks, and my British have multiple 40mm Bofors
