Decorators caulk comes in tubes like silicone. If your in the UK then Screwfix is a good place to pick it up cheap.

Not quite, as Lost Egg says it comes in tubes and tends to be smoother and more sticky than filler.  It's available in a number of colours and the basic white caulk can be easily coloured with the addition of any water based paint.

I buy mine from Amazon https://www.amazon.co.uk/Everbuild-125BN-330ml-Hour-Caulk/dp/B0012X7VXI/ref=sr_1_4?keywords=brown+caulk&qid=1552687768&s=gateway&sr=8-4

That's really effective and you could easily replicate whatever type of block or brick you wanted by changing the size of foam piece. Rubble is pretty useful across a wide range of genres so potentially reusable in different settings too.
