Lead Adventure Minis and Copplestone?
« on: February 27, 2019, 07:02:38 PM »
All,
I have a nice pile of the lovely Lead Adventure Post-Apocalyptic minis.  The one big down side to the range, is that there are not enough ordinary assault rifles.  Looking at Copplestone's Future War range, I think that the scavengers and partisans might fit the bill.  But, I tend to be a bit anal when it comes to mixing manufacturers.  Has anyone used both who can comment on their compatibility?

I was also thinking that some of the GW chaos cultists, the ones with full robes, sort of have the right look.

I don't have any partisans, but I have some unpainted scavengers. Sorry about the inconsistent base heights.

If you're looking for opinions I don't have a problem mixing the three manufacturers you mentioned.
a mixture of quick parts, sarcastic humour, reserve, and caprice.

Sorry about the inconsistent base heights.

I was concerned about this for a bit but I've accumulated so much stuff that it isn't worth the time investment.  Putting shorter ranges like Copplestone on the slotta bases helps minimize the height differences as well.  Thanks for the reference pics!  :)
