They are, and in odd batches.

I had those models when they were new back in … oh I don't know, nineties? I recall them being poor casts then, with a lot of very brutal mould lines. Tough to tell, with the blurry photo, but given the fact that they're very shiny, combined with the fact that they're all one single pose, and the seller has a lot of other very shiny models to sell, all similarly of one single pose … personally I'd stay clear, although granted it's hardly definitive proof.

I've contacted the seller, and reported them to eBay. That's for the heads up.

No worries. I'd reported them as well. Hopefully they'll do something.

OTOH those figures only came in limited poses anyway. How hard would it be to use the figures you wanted and discard the rest?

Its like those multiple lots with the pistol guy. If that figure was in a blister with 5 or 7 other figures which were actually useful, and you were building an army so you bought multiple blisters it is not unreasonable to get a lot of the same pose of useless guy left over.

Mind you, attempting to sell multiple batches of the same useless figure is not an idea guaranteed to succeed. Recasting multiples of the same figure, even less so.

So I have doubts whether this is a recaster.

Sorry Sir Barnaby, that's my range of figures they are pirating. There is NO doubt they are recasts.

Some of the ones with pistols have dreadful mould lines over the top of the cap, so if they are not recasts the original moulds must be in a poor state. Also he doesn't know what half of his figures are, so I doubt that it's leftovers from a mixed batch of blisters. On one listing they are described as Foundry ECW, on another they are Foundry ECW Mexicans.

This figure that he's selling in a batch of 5 for £4.99:

is Northstar's Fomorian Warchief, which is sold in ones for £3. I think this is pretty clear cut.

Some of the seller's other listings are also quite instructive:
