[Campaign] 24th foot Regiment vs Tcho-Tcho
« on: March 11, 2019, 12:45:30 PM »
hi,
I just started a new campaign. It will pit the British army against the Cho-Cho in a lost valley

Story Line
The story goes that at the end of the seventeenth century Shaka Zulu was born, the illegitimate son of a Nguni chief. Bastard, driven out of his tribe, he became a formidable warrior. It is still said that in 1816, when his father died, he murdered his half-brother in order to take power. It was the beginning of a meteoric ascension, and the birth of a formidable military power.

In fact, the truth is quite different and much more sinister: in the heart of the Zulu kingdom there exists a grim valley out of time on which reigns a degenerate people: the Tcho-Tcho. A cross between slave creatures dedicated to Chaugnar Faugn and humans, they worship the Great Ancients. This worship has particularly corrupted the Tcho-Tchos.

The powerful military created by Shaka has only one raison: to contain Evil in this dark valley! In 1816 Sahka was forced to assassinate his brother because he had been converted to the cult of the Great Ancients and wished to awaken those who sleep forever. Since these dark days, Zulu warriors have led a vigilant guard at the gates of the valley, not far from a site that has become famous: Isandhlwana.

On January 22, 1879, the balance was broken with the British invasion. The Battle of Isandhlwana, victory at the Pyrrhus, permanently weakens the army of the guards. A company of the 24th is sent by Lord Chelmsford to discover what the sacred valley hides without the Zulu being able to interfere...
