My first 3mm sci-fi painted as Ultramarines
« on: March 26, 2019, 07:28:47 AM »
The miniatures are from vanguardminiatures.co.uk with the exception of the GW skeleton and the hotwheels star wars transport repainted to be a lander.

I think I need to pay more attention to the shading on the jetbike and speeder, but I was most worried about the infantry.  Now I know they're no problem.

I'm waiting for my bases, but I plan on using them for Net Epic Armageddon 30k to do some Ultramarines vs Word Bearers.

Teeny, tiny, tiny marines! Very nicely done. And so small.

I have lots of 6mm marines, but these look tiny in comparison!

When i opened the package I was like "what did I get?"   o_o  They really are super small.  I was worried I was headed in the wrong direction until I painted them.

My eyes bleed just thinking about them.

Nice work.

Beautifully painted sir! Looking forward to seeing them based.

Great dropship too, i’ve got a stash of them for exactly the same purpose, funnily enough a couple of the small Novan elite troop carriers can actually fit inside!
