Greetings from Scotland
« on: March 28, 2019, 01:00:56 AM »
you might be thinking they're ay greetin' in Scotland  :'( It's the incessant rain.

Been lurking here for a long time, finally decided to open an account. I have been wargaming since the 1st edition of Warhammer, a loooong time ago. RPGs for a year or 2 before that even. Mostly stick to Historical gaming these days but Erehwon has dragged us back to fantasy for the last few weeks. This too will pass. In the main recently it has been CoC for WW2, Rebels & Patriots or Sharp Practice for FIW or various rules for Ancients but I'll pretty much play anything.

Looking forward to getting a little more involved here.

Welcome!  :)

It's the incessant rain.

...Rain? ...Does it rain in Scotland? I can't believe it.  ;)

Anyway, don't acknowledge it. When some tourists from Paris complain about the rain here in Brittany, we answer: "here it rains only on stupid people!" :)

If you can see the hills, it's about to rain.
If you can't see the hills, it's already raining.

I'm from a sleepy fishing village on the lower Clyde Shahbahraz <cough>
