Churchill tanks.
« on: March 29, 2019, 01:57:05 PM »
Finally got all my Churchills painted, first up is a Churchill mkIV (75mm) of 12 troop, 3 squadron, 4th Coldstream guards, 6th Guards tank brigade. Then it's my pair of AVREs, which aren't completely finished as I don't have any 79th armoured or arm of service decals, will have to wait for eventually to get some. As usual they're painted for Normandy-ish campaigns.
Yvan eht nioj!

Very nice work!

I love the bold turret markings on the AVREs, creates a nice contrast to the otherwise rather drab appearance of allied vehicles.

Those look great! Are you planning on any weathering?

Thanks peeps,

I don't tend to weather my vehicles, but that doesn't mean I won't do it someday, just depends on moods really. :)

Yeah it's a good look, but the decals were a pain to do.
