This one pretty much had that option

You could buy resin versions of all the playable characters and most of the major villains, no resin versions of the goons though.

I backed out of this kickstarter, though I'll probably pick it up from retail, especially if I can find it on sale, or discounted due to shipping damage.

I backed Monoliths Batman game last year (just the basic set) for the minatures. It comes to around $1 per miniature, possibly less if anyone is interested in buying the boardgame bits.
