Has anyone had any experience making orders with Sally 4th?

Hi folks

Title says it all really. I made an order about 2 months ago. Got a dispatch email swiftly then nothing. I have sent emails and a Facebook message but not had a reply.

Has anyone else find them to be slow or know if they are having any issues that might be delaying orders?

My order with custom stuff and whatnot was shipped on 26th and arrived yesterday. Also got everything arranged by both PM here and email. (However, now I have some questions...)

Some delays may be explained by Salute, of course...like with almost any lead dealer in the UK.

I've made two or three orders, all came quite rapidly without any problem at all.

Nothing but positive experiences from my side too. Friendly, timely communications and great service. Shipping times were on par with orders from other suppliers in the UK.

From the sound of thinks, it looks as if something went wrong with your order/shipment, but I have no explanation for the lack of communication. As you can see, it's not typical for them.

Perhaps sending a PM here on LAF, as proposed by Mad Lord Snapcase would be the best next approach?

Yesterday i got a reply to my Facebook message. hurrah! It appears that my order might have been lost in the post. By the sounds of it, it shouldn't take long to arrive now.
