Great idea; it's an IP specifically suited for a dungeon crawl miniatures game, so it's almost strange this has not been done many times before!
Oh and CAB: you absolutely have to do the Butcher as a boss! 'Aah... Fresh meat!' :D
wizards of the coast offered a line of miniatures for the game, i have the sorceress:

the butcher! fond memories ...  :-*
wonderful idea, look forward to seeing more! maybe someone will do a "planescape: torment" scenario someday.

I completed the Sorcerer equipment kit. Ignore the gender bending  :D

Sorcerer of Ice:

Sorcerer of Storms:

And the Sorcerer of Flames:

And a group shot for size comparisons:

Next up on the painting table will be the Rogue set, and *fingers crossed* finish up my merry band of Fallen soldiers, including one Unique Fallen (Different skin color, etc). Once that is done I'll be onto the beast men and demons (including a minor conversion for the Butcher).

Thanks! 15mm is a whole new thing for me. It was reading through threads like yours, Zrunelord and Skullhamma that pushed me in this direction. Well, that and the absurdly low cost :D

I have finished the Mystical Emporium! Now with the Orrery in place, and the health/mana vats on tap!

I tried to make the vats look like they were bubbling. The effect is a bit more noticeable in person, I think.

I've been dragging my feet a bit on creating the Cathedral tile. It will require some hills and such, which can be a bit tedious to create. In the meantime I'll just keep painting figures until I get some hill making inspiration.

Fantastic job on the sorcerors, Andrew! That chapel turned out great, too.  :)

Hey, that's so nice to hear! I remember being inspired by Spacejacker, Tales from Farpoint and Dr. De'Ath.
And the absurdly low cost  :D

I miss Spacejacker. A pity he stopped his blog.

Skull: I always like doing terrain better than figures. That one isn't done yet, but certainly turned out a bit better than I expected!

Ockman: I read your response to Skullhamma in his zombie thread about buying all your zombies... and some sci-fi. I am super guilty of this! :D Every Diablo order comes with a handful of sci-fi figures for another project that is in the distant horizon.

Anyone post links to a Spacejacker thread worth reading? I'm always in the mood for inspiration.

I'm also a terrain kind of guy, prefer that to minis (although minis are growing on me). Can't wait to see your sci-fi project!

Well, then I recommend checking out his Instagram account (@spacejacker) which has loads of (old) cool pictures!

Glad you are enjoying it as much as I am!

Sadly, there has been little progress. As we creep towards back-to-school time around my house, there has been a little less time available for hobbies. Hopefully I'll make some worthwhile progress this week though.

I did sit down and knock out a little bit of set dressing. The base is a green stuff push mold so I have uniform sized set dressing bases.

Next up will be the rogue set. Hopefully I'll start blocking color Wednesday and then get final details added by the weekend.
