They're 25s, I think the person was looking for 28s.

bit of GS or putty and the appropriate flock and youll be fine. i have some rattrap 25's im using against my copplestone 30mm.

GZG's 25mm figs are a bit too small for pretty well all of today's 28mm ranges - and that's from someone who uses Perry and Redoubt Fuzzie-wuzzies together. 

Shame, because they do some fantastic civilians, spaceship crew and other useful but rare figures :(
