Most of the figures are Foundry (including the archers), but I believe the Ruga Ruga are Northstar. No conversions involved.

Thanks for the kind words. We do enjoy playing Congo and I've been making lots of terrain! There are two more games left in our campaign, but the next probably won't happen until after Broadside in June (I'm busy with figures and terrain for a participation game).
