28mm wildlife?
« on: April 22, 2019, 03:56:17 PM »
Hi, with the new Battle Companies book coming out for the Middle-earth Strategy Battle Game, I'm looking for some animal companions. In particular birds such as falcons, hawks, eagles and ravens. But also looking for some wild dogs like jackals or dingos.

I would avoid Black Tree, sadly they are a bloody nightmare to deal with at the moment

Think Ral Partha Europe has a sprue with all sorts of small birds, Northstar Miniatures, Ral Partha and Deezee Miniatures have african/ european wildlife. Warbases and Warlord Games also have some dogs and other animals in their ranges. Think Steve Barber Models too.

The North Star Menagerie has a selection of critters, including an eagle in the act of catching a salmon:

Reaper has a small selection of beasties, including this "murder of crows"

Ral Partha is having an Easter Sale at this moment and lot of wild animals to choose:

Unfortunately it seems that the sale code has eggspired.

I'll get my coat.

I really have no idea what I'm doing.
