Mango Terrain Garage - MDF
« on: April 26, 2019, 08:18:36 AM »
I came across a company selling cheap (£8.50 inc postage for their garage) shells for a variety of things, and was quite taken with their garage model.

It’s simple, but provides a really good base for tarting it up, and would be suitable for just about 1910 – current day. I'm currently building terrain and forces for 1940 using the TooFatLardies Chain of Command rules.

I put it together for a French automotive mechanic c. 1940 and posted it up on my blog.

You've achive a clean and simple(in the nicest possible way.) Model that has a nice period feel to it.
I noticed you intend to add some additional details such as old tyres.
If you wanted a little more then there's this set of forecourt items from 1st Corps.(by me ;)) and also  in fairness Chicago Way has a 28mm petrol pump set.
Mark.

Thanks guys. I do like that forecourt set. Just the thing to fuel your Panzers at. Though I do wonder if the attendant would still be hanging round with bullets flying...
