Tsuba Reds & Reichsbanner
« on: May 07, 2019, 09:03:08 PM »
Two small forces, one of Reds and the other of Reichsbanner Schwartz Rot Gold for 1920s Berlin. I’m going for a vaguely 1920s vibe for now and not getting hung up on exactitude.

Figures are very much as per the packs except the RB SMG is Footsore Workers Militia and the RB standard bearer came with a grenade.

Cool!
"Peace" is that brief, glorious moment in history when everybody stands around reloading.

Thank you Gents! I must admit that I wasn’t a fan of the chap in the bowler hat with the shotgun until I got the black undercoat on and then I thought - oooh, he’s a nice figure. They are all fun to paint tbh and are very nicely produced.

I’m taking a bit of time now to think up just where to go with this - I know I want to expand these but also do a Freikorps/Reichswehr Force as well as some KRIPO and Polizei. If Tsuba did a pack of Polizei I’d bite their hands off.....

I should add that the cloth is by Deepcut and that the ruins are by Micro Art, bought at Battlefield Berlin - if you are visiting Berlin, I reccomend you go there. The Reichsbanner flag was found on google, cut & pasted, sized and er, cut and pasted. Tchuss!

Very nice - the poses are very much at the ready and is it me or do they have a Prisoner of Zenda look to them? Credit card on standby...

Will there be any non-rifle-armed Polizei?
