If you want some more sculpt variety for bonedogs, the old WotC Chainmail skeletal hounds still turn up on ebay now and then, and Iron Wind makes a unit set with four different sculpts and a bone beastmaster.  Probably more out there as well, but those are the first that come to mind.  http://ironwindmetals.com/store/product_info.php?products_id=9687

FWIW, there's at least one other smaller and cheaper pack of bonedogs on the IWM store - looks like the same dogs but different handler.  Also a pack of undead fairies, which are the most adorable walking skeletons I've ever seen.
