More Shock Tokens for Chain of Command
« on: May 15, 2019, 07:15:20 PM »
I made some smaller Chain of Command shock tokens, I only have Germans and Soviets at the moment, but I will make other nations in the future. These ones hold a single dice, so will be useful for sections or teams in the game. Have a look on the blog here:

Cheers bud! Yes, these will have uses beyond Chain of Command and it means that I use up my spare casualty figures.

Very nice.  Those look really good.

I tend to use the casualties to sprinkle behind units as they take losses to track the action.  I now use the Warbases and Charlie Foxtrot circular shock markers to track shock. It makes it interesting to see how the action moved during the course of the game.

Thank you. That's a good idea with tracking the action throughout a game. I used to do it with my old collection of 20mm WW2 stuff, ending with piles of Japanese casualties in front of an American MG position...

I use the Warlord pin markers, they go up to 12, and once their bases are painted, they are relatively unobtrusive.

Sections and teams can get extreme levels of shock, and one dice won't cut it.

(They are also on special at the moment in their sprue sale..)

That is a good idea (though I am not sure I could read the numbers - easier when painted).

"I use the Warlord pin markers, they go up to 12"

Surely they should only go up to 11?  lol
